You’ll be taken to our Assessment app site where you’ll answer 30 questions related to Seller circumstances, Transactional complexity and Property characteristics. Note that the Assessment is currently set up for an Investor or Buyer, so think about the deal as if that were your role. We’ll be rolling out a Seller Assessment soon.
